Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email
- Create raving fans for blithequark every single day by providing personalized and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside of your "everyday" job duties to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

- Competitive compensation: Positions start at $16.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period, plus quarterly bonus and commissions on product sales
