- Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors, reporting them to supervisors as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Qualifications
- Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
