About the Role

arenaflex is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Care Agent to join its Customer Development Team, providing exceptional support to customers in California (remote), Colorado (hybrid), or Texas (remote). As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers get the most out of arenaflex's solution, engaging with them via phone or email, and resolving complex technical issues effectively.
