About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers. As a key member of our team, you will interact directly with our sales team, internal customers, and IT department to ensure that our customers receive timely and professional support. Key Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including in-house agents, high-profile agents, and senior management
• Monitor internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work closely with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, meet clients' expectations, provide and maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution
• Develop a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software to provide effective support to our customers
• Assist the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding and support the internal agent audit team as needed
• Answer incoming calls to provide support or direct customers to the appropriate department
• Prepare reports and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in title insurance, customer support, or title software is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, title software, and Jira is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the title insurance industry
• Knowledge of title insurance processes and procedures
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
