We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Advisor to work remotely and support our customers' needs. As a Customer Support Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers through live chat and email, troubleshooting straightforward and complex customer issues, and collaborating with teammates to learn and improve ways of working together.
