As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with your Store Manager to lead the recruitment, training, development, and overall management of a dynamic store team. Your primary focus will be on driving sales performance, ensuring top-notch customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to align on business needs and strategies, while demonstrating sales leadership through active floor presence and role modeling (70% of the time).
- Customer Excellence: Ensure all employees deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop leadership and staff, maintaining timely position fillings, providing ongoing performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures.
- Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through facility maintenance, display area presentation, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with blithequark's dress code and grooming guidelines.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Self-starting entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting business-critical deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations.
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner.
- Capacity to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, with the ability to travel as needed.
- A valid driver's license in the country of work and the ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable.
