As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of this effort, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:
* **Providing Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment.
* **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
* **Troubleshooting**: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems.
* **Escalation**: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to appropriate resource, following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
* **Tracking and Documentation**: Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues.
* **Customer Information Updates**: Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
* **Quality Standards**: Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
* **Guidance and Mentoring**: Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
* **Other Related Duties**: Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**

**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Requirements**: Have a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: Use an ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Internet Connection**: Do not use Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN connections.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: Provide proof of internet speed.
