- Enter customer information and interactions into our Contact Manager system to maintain accurate records and track progress
- Respond promptly to email requests and secure opportunities to drive business growth
- Maintain open lines of communication with management and ownership to ensure seamless collaboration and feedback
- Perform front desk receptionist duties, including greeting customers and providing general administrative support
