We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual to fill a full-time, fully remote Customer Service Representative position. As a key member of our team, you will act as a connection between our clients and our products/services, providing accurate and comprehensive information, resolving problems, and building sustainable relationships of trust. This role requires some night and weekend work, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of incoming calls.
To be successful in this role, you should have some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. You should also possess strong phone administration skills, active listening capabilities, and the ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
