We offer a competitive base salary of $20.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn up to a total of $750 while completing training milestones. As an Expert, you'll start by earning $20.00 per hour, with most new Experts earning over $22 per hour through base pay and incentive bonuses. We also offer qualifying Experts a hybrid work schedule after just 60 days post-training graduation, providing flexibility while ensuring continued development in a team-focused environment.
