We're seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Success Architect to join our Customer Success and Professional Services team for the Middle East Region. As a Customer Success Architect at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers leverage streaming architectures and applications to achieve their business objectives. You will interact directly with customers, providing software architecture, design, and operations expertise, leveraging your deep knowledge of Apache Kafka, the blithequark platform, and complementary systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Storm, relational and NoSQL databases.
Your expertise will help customers overcome operational challenges, develop and advocate best practices, and gather critical product feedback.
