**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
* Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior call center experience preferred
**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Prior call center experience within the last 3 years; at least 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service role
* Ability to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
* Authorized to work in the United States
