In this part-time Customer Service Agent role at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive the assistance they need in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include welcoming clients, guiding them through the tagging and luggage registration process, utilizing computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, and managing the registration process to ensure that clients have the necessary documentation for travel. You will also be required to label luggage, perform lifting tasks, and practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational cycles and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be proficient in English and Spanish, and have basic computer skills, including the ability to use a PC to assist clients with seat availability, door announcements, flight status, checking and handling luggage, and managing the boarding process. You should also be able to work consistently in open areas, understand and respond to various questions regarding travel information, and accompany unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport, as required.
