Job Overview: Customer Service/Remote Virtual Assistant
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, preparing and assembling medical record documentation, and performing various clerical duties to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in patient records, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
- Monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
- Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission, to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Perform other clerical duties and tasks as assigned to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and accurate communication.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations, with a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.

- Technical skills, including a laptop/desktop with at least i5 processor and 8gb of ram, internet speed of 35mbps and above, noise-cancelling headset/webcam, and a dedicated workspace at home.
