As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex Locker+, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, assisting with package delivery and returns, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. You'll be the go-to person for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and making their experience with arenaflex nothing short of exceptional. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation, and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. Additionally, you may need to go up and down stairs (where applicable) and be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week.
