The Role: Customer Success Associate

As a Customer Success Associate with Nuuly, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with an unparalleled experience through telephone, email, and chat interactions. Your role is crucial in not only addressing customer queries but also in fostering a deep connection between our customers and the Nuuly brand. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our customer success team, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) during your scheduled shifts, ensuring a friendly and relatable interaction.
• Exercise decision-making skills to enhance customer relationships with the brand, acting as an empowered team member.
• Balance customer needs with business objectives, demonstrating empathy and understanding of the bottom line.
• Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Meet or exceed the daily interaction targets (minimum of 70 interactions per shift), maintaining high-quality service.
• Take on additional projects and support external team members as needed, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the broader business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, as this is a remote role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate responses clearly and professionally.
