Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a customer service associate. This is a full-time, night shift position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $30/hour. As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Checkout Operations: Register sales on assigned sales register, provide customers with friendly, fair, and efficient checkout service.
- Customer Experience: Draw in customers and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services, settle customer issues, and answer inquiries to guarantee a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Keep counters and retail areas clean and well-organized, take inventory, and maintain records.
- Loss Prevention: Carry out organization resource security techniques to identify and limit benefit loss.
- Store Maintenance: Help with detachment of food items and item positioning according to strategies/methods, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Photography Services: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and imaginative machine, and sell special photo items.
- Web Order Fulfillment: Take on web order obligations, screen orders in Picture Care, and fulfill requests (pick items), and convey requests to customers as they arrive at the store.
- Store Support: Help with outside and inside support by ensuring a perfect, clean, methodical store condition and appearance.
- Training and Development: Attend training and complete PPLs mentioned by Administrator or assigned by corporate.
Essential Capabilities
- Conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours.
Preferred Capabilities
- Half-year experience in a retail environment.
- Previous work experience with Walgreens.
