Key Responsibilities

As a Contracting Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include: *

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: * At least 3 years of experience in contract analysis and development. * Experience assessing data to determine compliance with standards, regulations, and guidelines. * Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines. * Experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, exceptions that lead to progress and finds solutions. * Experience creating approaches to achieving objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when acceleration of issues is necessary. * Experience creating key drivers that align with business objectives and budget. * Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. * High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using Normal capability, merging and formatting cells, printing focused pages or creating a pivot table). * High-level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., changing picture styles, modifying transitions or setting automated slide timings). * High-level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., adding designer tab, creating a header, organizing table style, embedding comments or creating a mail merge). * At least 3 years of experience in direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team management experience. * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Favored Capabilities

While not required, the following favored capabilities would be beneficial for this role: * Master's Degree/MBA * Knowledge of pharmacy segments - Business, Medicaid, and Federal healthcare in retail * Experience in pharmacy industry in areas such as Retail, PBM, Managed Care, Mail Service, and Specialty Pharmacy.
