Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

Reside within the state of Kansas, as this position requires you to be located within the specified region.
Own a computer or laptop that meets our technical specifications, including a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher).
Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position that requires focus and productivity.
Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT, to ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
Possess a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher being preferred, to efficiently manage online conversations.
