Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
- 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
- Quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions

- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues

- Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment, with a strong ability to follow processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that we can provide 24/7 support to our customers
