**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.
* Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that's safe and secure for customers to shop in.
* Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting it from the stockroom to the sales floor.
* Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers.
* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, identifying and addressing any potential issues promptly.
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required.
* The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the capacity to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* A flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts as needed.
