In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide top-notch support to our plan members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans and answering questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, and your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make a real difference in the lives of our members.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent computer skills.
