About the Role
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless and accurate service. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support.
- Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure all medication benefits are assigned accurately in multiple systems.
- Support client needs on requirements for claimant medications, providing reporting and data as required.
- Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
- Adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic related to the claimant's current or previous medications, providing clear and concise information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in computer software skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear and concise writing, and effective telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle and manage significant email and phone communications, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to adjust to changing situations.
- Exceptional written grammatical skills, with excellent editing, grammar, and spelling abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
