Today, U-Haul continues to innovate and expand its services, including the Truck Share 24/7 program, which allows customers to rent equipment using a smartphone app. As part of this program, we are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative - e-Live Verification Phone Agent to join our team.
As an e-Live Verification Phone Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing customer information, ensuring that all requirements are met to rent equipment, and providing excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and navigating between different systems and screens. If you enjoy helping people, have an outgoing personality, and are customer-focused, this role might be for you.

As an e-Live Verification Phone Agent, you will receive one week of instructor-led training, with accelerated classroom education and hands-on training in small groups. After initial training, you will work independently, with additional continued education courses, counseling, and coaching from the leadership team.
