About the Position

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop eCRFs in Medidata RAVE, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide technical expertise and support for Rave study development, site management, and user access within supported RAVE modules
- Serve as a system administrator, granting user access and providing oversight and guidance on study build activities
- Create advanced analytics dashboards, providing insights into clinical data and enabling informed decision-making
- Conduct quality control of study design, participate in the validation of EDC studies, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good clinical practice (GCP)
- Develop and maintain library objects within the Global Libraries, ensuring standard object usage throughout the business
- Review and approve derivations and edit checks, and participate in the development of global, harmonized SOPs and quality work instructions
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in data management, database programming, and spec design activities, including 10 years of experience in Medidata RAVE
- Strong programming skills, with knowledge of Python, API programming, and dashboard development
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and ability to make sound decisions
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead teams and mentor staff
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management, CRF/eCRF design, CDISC, and regulatory obligations in the CRO industry
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple competing priorities, and possess proven interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring staff in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and experience with iMedidata Cloud Administration
- Familiarity with SDLC principles and experience with technical writing and systems development
- Certifications or training in Medidata RAVE, clinical data management, or related fields
