- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Claims & Returns, Wholesale, International, and QC, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Document and communicate any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalate to the Customer Experience Director as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
