**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process, educating consumers, and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
* Assisting in customer account management (collections) by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
* Meeting Company set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
* Developing customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition.
* Entering and maintaining customer information in the Point-of-Sale system(s) with accuracy and integrity.
* Upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
* Participating in ongoing trainings to stay up-to-date on our products and processes.
* Working efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handling multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
* Utilizing strong interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with customers and Team Members at all levels.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain a professional and courteous behavior with customers and peers
* Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
* Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply)
* Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about freely inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
* Six months of customer service and/or cash handling experience
* Experience in retail, financial services, loans, banking/bank teller, or service industry

**Compensation**
The pay range for this position is $10 to $20 per hour or $15 to $23 per hour in California. Exact compensation may vary based on education, skill, and experience. The compensation range listed represents only the base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of the arenaflex Total Compensation package.
