**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly
* Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries
* Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary to ensure that every customer receives a positive experience
* Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
* Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
* Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
* Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in high-volume situations
* Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies

* Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, but not required

As a remote position, you'll need to be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days.
