We are looking for talented and experienced Customer Service Representatives to work on a temporary project with a chance of contract extension. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on a high-profile government project, providing exceptional service and support to customers of the Florida Department of Commerce. You will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries, assisting callers with online applications, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role, and our experienced team will be on hand to support you every step of the way.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of customer service or call center experience. You will also need to be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently, and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience working with the Florida Department of Commerce (Unemployment) is highly preferred, and you will need to be able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute and have experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system.
