Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls, emails, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, with proficiency in computer keyboard skills and internet navigation.
