The ideal candidate will be available to work from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing a moderate call volume, responding to text messages, scheduling for the crew, and monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries.
- Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.
- Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary, using strong problem-solving skills and remaining calm under pressure.
- Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
- Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
- Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
- Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
Essential Qualifications
