Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to work 3 days a week, with flexible days, providing customer support and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be available to work from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing a moderate call volume, responding to text messages, scheduling for the crew, and monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours.
