• Demonstrating proficiency in the use of help desk software and basic business and analytical problem-solving skills
• Following oral and written directions, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Complying with Remote Agent protocols, processes, and procedures, as well as United States Government contract requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
• High-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior call center experience, although not necessary, is highly desirable
• Experience working with help desk software and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
