Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent with blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months customer service, administrative, or call center experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak English clearly and professionally
- Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
- Proven experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
- Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team required
Work from Home Requirements
This is a 100% work-from-home position, and as such, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
- Desktop or laptop with Windows 10, Intel Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB Memory, 256 GB Hard Drive, and minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer
- Headset connection hard-wired (not wireless)
- Hard-wired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi)
- 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection
- Dedicated office space that is free from interruptions and distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps
- 2 monitors
