About the Role
As a Remote Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers online, representing our automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and drive business growth. You'll be the face of our company, providing accurate information, answering questions, and scheduling appointments – all while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone.
Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of what we offer
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving leads and revenue for our clients
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping us refine our services and improve customer satisfaction
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate our online chat platform with ease
- Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (but not required)
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
