- Exhibiting reliability and participation, with a commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day
- Handling a high volume of reaches, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment
- Meeting our superior performance bar, with a focus on exceeding client satisfaction and achieving client support proficiency metrics
- Professionally connecting with clients, building relationships, and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and messages
- Listening effectively and showing empathy, with a focus on understanding client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution
- De-escalating client concerns, using peace promotion skills to align the needs of the client with the options from the business, while staying within guidelines
- Issue resolving, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the client's needs, using a first-contact resolution approach
- Being educated and performing multiple tasks, with the ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly answer questions
- Raising foundational issues, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and offering suggestions to leadership
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and comprehend Spanish and English
- Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- Be available to attend 100% of our mandatory training, with no misses, downtime, or lateness
