**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our patients, suppliers, and payors. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, answering calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with the support they need.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from patients, suppliers, and payors in a timely and professional manner
* Gather and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details
* Use critical thinking skills to identify patient needs and provide solutions
* Document all calls and interactions in our CRM system
* Meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Google Suite applications and data entry
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Clinical terminology knowledge preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
