As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, returns, and exchanges. If you're a detail-oriented, problem-solving professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and a customer-first attitude * Supporting clients with order modifications, including cancellations, address changes, or item substitutions * Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner * Communicating with customers about out-of-stock or delayed items and offering appropriate alternatives * Utilizing shipping software to verify and reformat addresses, print shipping labels, and ensure timely dispatch * Accurately entering and tracking customer data for billing and service purposes * Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks to support the department * Attending staff meetings, providing updates on customer issues, and contributing ideas for service improvements * Proactively identifying potential service issues and escalating when necessary * Taking ownership of your role, ensuring responsibilities are met without direct supervision **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-centric professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
