Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing top-notch support and solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming queries from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
• Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, including providing cover for absent colleagues and participating in regular team meetings
• Work proactively and innovatively to address customer needs and contribute to the success of the team and project

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Native-level German and advanced-level English language skills
• Knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications, such as Windows and MS Office
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
• Strong teamwork and social skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Energetic and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to work at a fast pace
