What to Expect: Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager - Customer Success at Blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our enterprise healthcare clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success.

What We Require: Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, or health insurance/payers, is highly valued.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of an organization.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Technological Adaptability: Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
