Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Validate ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Enter purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy, including Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms, while pushing back on incorrect or subpar data submissions
- Verify the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Support the Sales Department by responding to questions generated by telephone, emails, and faxes, and researching responses with sales teams
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital billing specialists to support surgery product usage questions, accelerate billing processes, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an account representative, with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar software systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
