**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, your primary responsibility will be to ensure positive customer interactions with one major product line (Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace) of arenaflex's members. You will interact with members, applicants, providers, and agents via telephone, identifying their concerns and resolving inquiries in a timely and effective manner. You will also escalate complex issues to a Benefit Specialist, working closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to member inquiries, concerns, and complaints via telephone in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
* Research and resolve member issues, escalating complex cases to a Benefit Specialist as needed
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Benefit Specialists, to ensure seamless issue resolution
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex's products and services
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, adhering to arenaflex's service standards
* Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
**Job Qualifications**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration preferred
* **Experience**: Two years' experience in customer service, with demonstrated proficiency in handling high-pressure situations and verbal and written communication
* **Certifications/Licenses**: State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license preferred; other relevant certifications or licenses may be considered

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
