Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met promptly, efficiently, and accurately. You will be handling calls and customer contacts within established guidelines, making every interaction count and contributing to the overall success of our customer service team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience in a customer-facing environment. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience. You should also possess:
