Role and Responsibilities

As a Support Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone and chat, managing inbound and outbound customer and partner communications, and overseeing day-to-day interactions via our phone and chat systems. Your strong relationship-building skills will be essential in maintaining a strong connection with our Field Leadership Team and ensuring consistent email interactions with our partners.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in customer/vendor communication, preferably in a high-pace call center atmosphere. You should also have experience using CRM software and chat systems, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
