**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You will be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers, including phone calls, emails, and chats
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolve issues for customers
* Making recommendations of products or services to close sales and provide a personalized shopping experience
* Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* At least 1 year of post-secondary education or 2 years of equivalent work experience
* The ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android

You will report to a Team Lead and contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team. Your performance will be measured by your ability to provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
**About arenaflex's Work-From-Home Program**
Our work-from-home team has 40 preferred residency states. We are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need.
