You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business partners, to drive the development and launch of new products and features that enhance the customer experience. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving world of conversational AI and live chat support. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that drive customer experience lift * Influence customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments * Work with core product teams to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience * Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product suggestions accordingly * Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning customer stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value * Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall customer experience **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies and trends * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business partners * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop data-driven product suggestions **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a related field * Experience working in the financial services industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management frameworks * Experience with conversational AI and live chat support tools and platforms * Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques **arenaflex Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration.
