We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote, full-time or part-time basis.

About the Role

The Client Service Representative position is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working one-on-one with customers to explain the features of our insurance products, responding to phone and email inquiries, and providing personalized support to ensure an outstanding customer experience. This is not a call center environment, and you will not be required to engage in cold calling. Instead, you will focus on building strong relationships with our clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
