We're seeking an exceptional IT Project Manager to join our Concentrix Catalyst team, where you'll work with the engine that powers our experience design and engineering capabilities.
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and improve outcomes for our clients. You'll be part of a remote-first company that offers a unique hybrid office model, with location options in Omaha, NE, Des Moines, IA, Las Vegas, NV, and Salt Lake City, UT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of information technology projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Agile-Hybrid project methodologies
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate efforts, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and manage burn down charts, forecast and track defect rates and velocity, and create recovery plans to ensure project timelines and resources are on track
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental project outcomes and ensure early and integrated reviews by business stakeholders
- Utilize business risk management methodology and scoring and reporting templates to identify and mitigate project risks

Requirements:
- Strong IT project management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Agile-Hybrid project methodologies
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize new tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience creating and managing burn down charts and forecasting defect rates and velocity
