About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Wayfair, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
• Handle a high volume of customer contacts (50-60 per shift) in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, while also achieving client support efficiency metrics.
• Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
• De-escalate customer complaints and concerns, using conflict resolution skills to resolve issues.
• Issue-solve and troubleshoot customer problems, using internal resources and tools to find the best solutions.
• Multitask and navigate multiple programs, tabs, and screens to quickly and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to leadership on trends and patterns.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Basic knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge:

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills (additional languages).
