Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and set your own schedule, while making a real difference in the lives of patients and caregivers. You will be answering calls on behalf of our client, who provides payroll services for people in self-directed Medicaid programs, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure that caregivers receive the compensation they deserve for taking care of their loved ones.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of customer service experience and strong computer skills. You should also be able to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor at all times, as well as handle calls of a sensitive nature and de-escalate emotionally charged patients and caregivers. Your Home Office Environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated home office space that meets the following requirements:

Flexible Hours of Operation

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your own hours within our client's hours of operation. Our client's hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Please note that our client requires contractors to service at least 20 hours per week, and prefers contractors who can service some hours on Mondays and Fridays.

Pay and Perks

This flexible opportunity pays independent contractors $13 per hour. In addition to your hourly pay, you will also receive:
