Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the issue
- Offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices to improve customer service
- Continuously develop and improve your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our customers
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- High-speed internet connection (minimum download speed of 10 Mbps)
